Send us your Tracks
When sending your two tracks, be sure to be fully satisfied and convinced of your mix before considering mastering:
- o Check that the peak level is between – 6 dbFS and – 4 dbFS.
- o Please remove any equalizer, limiter, maximizer from the master bus.
- o If you mixed with processing (compression, limitation, etc.), you can send us this version which we will use as a reference but be sure to send a version without processing to carry out the mastering.
All your mixes should have 2 seconds of silence at the beginning and end.
For the case of a title with a long fade-out, the mix must be sent without this effect but also be sure to send us an audio example of the desired fade-out.
Concerning the format, files 24 bits is strongly recommended and remains the most commonly used and we accept WAV or AIFF, 16, 24 or 32 bits. Please export your mixes at the same sample rate and resolution as your original project. If you're working at 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, or 96 kHz, export your mix at the same sample rate. The MP3 format is not accepted for our services for obvious quality reasons.
For any complex fade, a Wav or MP3 reference is required.
The mastering is sent online in your member area once the order has been validated and paid online.
Finally, do not hesitate to give us information on the type of mastering desired and the desired compression level or any other comments likely to help us satisfy you within comments on your project or titles.
